Shipping Cost Standard
We currently do not offer international shipping and only deliver within New Zealand. Our local delivery partner is New Zealand Couriers. The shipping cost is 7 NZD (including GST) for the North Island and 10 NZD (including GST) per order for the South Island.
Delivery Times
Once your order is processed and verified, you will receive an email with your order number for future inquiries and tracking.
Orders placed before 2pm on weekdays will be shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 2pm will be shipped the following day.
No shipping on weekends and public holidays.
Normally, you will receive your package 1-2 days after it is sent. However, orders may be delayed if we are heavily booked. In case of significant delays, we will contact you. Once shipped, we cannot control any shipping delays but will work with the service provider to resolve issues as quickly as possible.
Check Order Status
Tracking your order is easy:
Register or Log In: You need to be logged into your account. Register by clicking “Register” in the upper right corner of the website. Guest orders cannot be tracked.
Order Status Definitions:
Order Placed: We’ve received your order, and it’s in our system. You can make changes until we start preparing your order.
Order in Progress: Your order is being processed, and we’ll notify you once it’s ready for shipment.
Preparing to Ship: We’re finalizing details before sending out your order. No further changes can be made at this stage.
Shipped: Your package has been dispatched. Track its status using the provided tracking code.
Waiting for Pickup: If you selected “pick up,” your order status will change to “Waiting for Pickup” after payment is confirmed.
Picked Up: For “pick up” orders, the status will change to “Picked Up” once collected.
Charge Changes: If there are any fee changes, the status will be “Charge Changes,” and our customer service team will contact you to resolve any issues.
Returns and Cancelled Orders
All returns must have a Goods Return Authority (GRA) issued by us. The issue of a GRA does not guarantee acceptance of the return.
Faulty Products: If you request a GRA within 7 working days of dispatch, and the product is unused and unopened, you will be credited in full unless the return is due to an error by us. Freight charges will not be credited.
Non-Faulty Products: Must be in saleable condition and will be subject to a minimum 10% restocking fee. Freight charges will not be credited.
